How Much Fish Oil?
Here is one omega 3 recommendation for Per-Day:
-heart disease: 1000mg
-skin disorders: 1000mg
-blood pressure,: 2000mg
high triglycerides: 3000mg
And, for heart disease, how much fish oil? Well, one fish oil dosage recommendation is 1000mg.
On the side of the bottle, where the ingredients are listed, it will show the “ingredients and amounts of those ingredients” per dose. It may also give you the value per dose, also the number of units it takes to make up this dosage. For instance, if one capsule contains 200mg EPA, and you need to take 600mg EPA, then you would need to take 3 capsules per dose (3X200) So, the higher the ingredients per EPA and DHA, the less number of units you will need.
**EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and
**DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
This way, you can figure out how many capsules / spoons you need to take per above recommendation. Remember, do not take the value of the front of the bottle, it does not usually give you the mg / per dha and epa. The list of ingredients do!
